采用问卷调查方式对某重点大学250名研究生的学术英语需求进行分析。统计表明研究生在学术英语技能方面普遍存在不足,并且希望得到学术英语的系统训练,以便能够撰写和发表符合国际标准的学术英语论文,参加国际学术会议交流。调查要求按照研究生学习需求设置学术性、应用型、专业化的学术英语系列课程,以实现掌握英语这门工具,进行专业学习、学术研究与国际交流的目标。
