本科教学在高校人才培养中居于核心地位。为全面推进以学生发展为中心的教学改革,需要设计并开展全程、全面、全员参与的教学影响力评估。本文基于近年来复旦大学生命科学学院在新建实验课程中的实践并结合国外相关报道的经验,围绕评估全程、全面和全员参与的三个原则展开讨论。在总结国内外实践经验的基础上,强调了在教学影响力评估中容易被忽视的若干方面,希望能为营造全方位的融合育人氛围提供借鉴。
